Who says you need a long list of ingredients to make something delicious?

These little frozen yogurt bites are made with just ONE ingredient, and they're ridiculously easy!

I used caramel-flavored yogurt for mine, but you can use whatever flavour you like. Strawberry, vanilla, blueberry, peach... whatever happens to be in your fridge!

And the best part? You don't need any special equipment.

What You'll Need

  • Your favourite flavoured yogurt
  • A plastic sandwich bag
  • Scissors
  • A baking sheet
  • Parchment paper (even waxed paper or foil wrap would work)

The only food ingredient is yogurt!

How to Make Frozen Yogurt Bites

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spoon your yogurt into a plastic sandwich bag.
  3. Push the yogurt toward one corner of the bag and snip off a tiny piece of that corner.
  4. Gently squeeze little drops of yogurt onto the parchment paper. They'll look a bit like tiny chocolate kisses!
  5. Place the baking sheet in the freezer until the yogurt bites are completely frozen.
  6. Once frozen, peel them off the parchment and enjoy!

A Few Helpful Tips

Start with a small opening. You can always make the hole bigger if needed, but a tiny opening gives you more control over the size of your yogurt bites.

Try different flavours. I used caramel yogurt, but any flavour you enjoy should work.

Store them in the freezer. Once frozen, transfer the bites to a freezer-safe container or bag so you can grab a few whenever you want a little treat.

These are so simple to make, and you can pipe dozens of little bites onto one baking sheet.

No fancy molds, no ice cream maker, no complicated instructions.

Just yogurt, a plastic bag, and a freezer!

Sometimes the simplest recipes really are the most fun. 😋
